My name is Stacey Klaiber and I am a Customer Service Representative here at SMG. . I started my career in the banking industry and worked for a well known bank here in Michigan for 17 years as a Customer Service Representative/teller before coming to work at SMG. I enjoy helping customers and strive to make every customer I interact with feel important.  I was born and raised here in Kalamazoo, Mi. I am a proud mom of 2 loving, caring adult children. They both graduated from Western Michigan University and are very successful. My family loves anything Disney. We have visited Disneyworld once a year since 1996. I also love baseball and I am a Detroit Tigers fan.
